The main goal of In Vino Veritas is to offer quality products at a price that is clear and beneficial. But it is not enough if the conditions for the purchase of the product is not simple and understandable by all.

Validity of prices and confirmation of order via email
By submitting the order form you will receive an order confirmation automatically via email. This order confirmation has the only purpose to notify you of the receipt of the electronic order does not constitute acceptance of the order. The applied price will be fixed at the time of the order. The processing of the orders

Delivery methods and times
Enotecaweb send by Courier, which offers the service is always fast and reliable.
The average time of shipping is 2-4 business days (Saturday,Sunday and holidays excluded), but these can vary for reasons of force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal office hours, excluding national holidays, delivering the products to the address specified at the time of the order.
It is very important, when purchasing, please indicate a valid email address, in order for the courier to communicate the acceptance of the shipment and thereby optimize the mode of delivery.
Shipping costs
Enotecaweb apply the following shipping costs only valid for the Italy:

For amounts up to 45 €: 5,9 €
For amounts over 45 €: Free
These fares are valid only for Italy, with the sole exception of Venice, (23€), of the smaller islands (23€), Campione d'italia (73€) and the free zone of Livigno (37€). For shipments abroad we will provide quotations on request.
